New Hobart V1401 Mixer Stainless Steel Paddle. This fits model V1401 only, and not the Legacy mixer. Purchased for a customer who changed his mind after we received. The tall boy and regular v1401 mixers shown in the picture are not included, but are available separately :) There is an amazing difference between the aluminum paddles and these stainless ones. They will last!
