I am a Japanese sword dealer, who is Japanese and is based in Tokyo, Japan, where is the best market to collect Japanese swords in the world.  I am a member of NBTHK and Japan National Sword Dealers Association and am looking at 300-500 or even more Japanese swords every month to find wonderful Japanese swords to be listed here in my eBay store.  I am proud of these listed Japanese swords, which passed my strict selection, and am pretty sure they attract many of you. Features:
Mei signature in Nakago tang: Mumei, i.e. no signature; however, NBTHK attests in the certificate that this sword was smithed by 長旨 (Nagamune).  The original certificate comes with.
Jidai date: around Enpo Era (1673-1681)
SAYAGAKI sheath writing attestation by Kanzan-sensei: Kanzan-sensei, one of the most prestigious sword appraisers, also attested by SAYAGAKI sheath writing that this sword was smithed by Nagamune.  The writing is as followings:
小笠原長旨 但大摺上無銘也 刃長弐尺壱分有之 昭和丙（ひのえ）□初夏日 寒山誌
(Smithed by Ogasawara NAGAMUNE; signature is cut due to Nakago tang was shortened; cutting edge length is 1 shaku 1 bu; attested by Kanzan in early summer of Hinoe year of Showa Era)
"Daimyo" Registry: This sword was registered in 1952, a year after the current sword registration system started in 1951 in Japan.  Such swords, which were registered in a few years that the system started, are called "Daimyo" (feudal lord) registration swords as it was Daimyo or other Daimyo-like wealthy families who owned many precious swords and were asked by the Japanese government to register their swords in the early stage of the newly introduced registration system to familiarize it to the society.  Accordingly, there are many precious swords in the Daimyo registration swords, and many collectors prefer them.

Condition:
The blade is in good condition with some minor flaws and scratches and surface rusting spots, which are not fatal.  Shirasaya is in good condition with normal wears seen in items of this age.  Sold as-is.

We use EMS of Japan Post for shipping, which is expedited method and comes with insurance and tracking services (note: Tracking service is not provided for some areas if the local post office in your area does not provide the service.).

Please note that the above information is based on Japan Post’s service, which we are using, and some countries are defined differently from eBay’s system.  Some examples include Russia and Israel, both of which are included in Asia in the eBay’s shipping calculation but are classified differently in the above information.  In such cases, the above information supersedes the eBay’s shipping calculation.

We will let you know the tracking number via email right after the item is shipped out.
