You are bidding on a Dictaphone Express, a Pitney Bowes Co, 8 Channel Digital Voice Processor model# 31210-008, serial# 237866. Included in the auction is the original instruction manual and (15) new Sony data tapes.  The unit measures 19 x 17 x 7 and weighs 36 pounds before packaging.
This equipment was fully operational when it was removed from a working environment and as seen in the accompanying photos, the machine appears to remain fully operational once connected to a voice network.
If you are familiar with this equipment then you know that the auction starting price is only a small fraction of the original purchase price.
